June 9, 2012 – Dream: Wrongful Baptisms

I’ve had several dreams of improper baptisms. Rather than post them all, I will just briefly mention the first two here, and then describe the dream I had on June 9, 2012.

In one dream, I witnessed a man being baptized, but he wore all his clothing and his shoes, which were dirty, he did not know he shouldn’t do that. Everyone saw what happened, but nobody seemed to mind, they didn’t care.

In another dream, I witnessed a man being baptized, but he “stole” his way in, as if he knew what he was doing was wrong, but he did it anyway. Again, the people witnessing the baptism knew he shouldn’t have been there, but they allowed it anyway, making the excuse that all is forgiven.

In this dream, I witnessed a woman being baptized. She had the right heart, and she wore clean clothing. But the people baptizing her were harsh, and of the wrong spirit. In fact, they actually “conspired” to get her baptized; they tricked her into doing it. A woman told her to stand in a doorway, and then sprinkled her face unexpectedly with water; a man grabbed her by the head and forcibly dunked her in a shallow pool. When he did that, he injured her.

After it was all over, she met with some friends and she told them her story. She said she felt hurt emotionally by it, like she was forced into doing it. She was crying and trying to be strong and put up a good front.

A man joined us; he brought with him a plate of food which he salted. A woman joined in, and also salted the food. The woman who had been baptized felt much better after that.

Upon waking, I heard these words: “In the name of the Father OR the Son OR the Holy Ghost” and “diseased”

Scriptural Interpretation:

Heb 10:28-30 He that despised Moses’ law died without mercy under two or three witnesses: Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace?

For we know him that hath said, Vengeance belongeth unto me, I will recompense, saith the Lord. And again, The Lord shall judge his people.
